The Estate
The Maremmana Estate is situated on the banks of the Bot River, some +/- 5 km from the Village of Bot River. The Estate is accessed from the Karwyderskraal Road (R43), +/- 700 meters from the turnoff onto the Karwyderskraal road from the R43 to Hermanus.
The following information pack is aimed to keep all homeowners updated with key emergency contact information and other operational activity at Maremmana Estate. Residents are strongly recommended to join the Resident Alerts WhatsApp group for all urgent and immediate updates.

Homeowners are asked to separate recycling into glass, plastics, paper and tin in separate clear or green bags. No black bags please. Glass bottles may be placed in cardboard boxes for collection. Please leave all recycling at the top of your driveway by 8am on Wednesday mornings. Homeowners are strongly advised to use “eco-friendly” cleaning materials and to minimize the usage of bleach-based products in toilets which can impact the efficiency of the waste process. |
